Analysis of Ornamental Plant Export Business Using Business Model Canvas (BMC) at PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara

PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara is a company engaged in the export of ornamental plants. The business model canvas is a business strategy tool that describes the important elements of a business. Knowing the business model that is being undertaken by PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The purpose of this research is to find out the business model that PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara is currently running using the business model canvas. The research uses qualitative research methods. PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara can have a strong foundation to compete in the global market, with innovation and good risk management, the company can continue to grow in the ornamental plant export industry. There are several elements that must be encouraged and must be maintained to be an evaluation for PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara. The elements that should be encouraged are value proposition, customer relationships, and channels. The elements that should be maintained are key partnerships and revenue streams. Based on the research findings and discussion, the researcher recommends that PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara should increase its workforce during peak order periods to ensure that deliveries are not delayed and are handled properly. Additionally, in terms of promotional channels, PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara should expand their social media platforms, such as TikTok. Adding these platforms will broaden the reach of company and product information, potentially increasing sales of indigenous Indonesian ornamental plants. However, to achieve these goals, PT Nusaplant Flora Nusantara must create engaging content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
