The Climate Village Program (ProKlim) is one of the strategic efforts of regional and central governments to address the challenges of global warming and mitigate the resulting natural disasters. This program emphasizes the importance of active participation from various parties or stakeholders to realize environmental sustainability at the local and national levels. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain an in-depth overview of the implementation of the Climate Village Program at the regional level. The purpose of this research is to analyze the institutional characteristics and driving actors of the Climate Village Program (PROKLIM). The benefits of this research are to provide information for the public and recommendations to the government regarding the institutional characteristics and driving actors of the Climate Village Program (PROKLIM). The results of the study indicate that each institution has different institutional characteristics in implementing the program, both in terms of organizational structure, coordination patterns, and activity implementation strategies.
