Right to a favourable environment in a system of legal values

This article analyses the right to a favourable environment as an axiological construct. The author highlights the issues of legal policy in the field of ecology, the role of legal and environmental values in the regulation of environmental protection. A special emphasis is placed on the importance of effective regulation of human-ecosystem interaction.
