In order to improve the technology of cocoon processing, to create waste-free technologies, a surface activator was synthesized on the basis of bardo residue fraction and lubricating oils formed during the production of ethyl alcohol. Based on IR-spectral analysis, the presence of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in the synthesized surfactants was determined to be a suitable raw material for the production of surfactants, and the substance synthesized from it can be used in staining. IR-spectrum analysis shows that the valence oscillations of the hydroxyl groups belonging to the alcohols are manifested in the frequency range 3100 - 3500 cm-1. It was found out that it is possible to turn the surface into a surface activator by direct or hydrolysis in the process of cocooning from the waste of the plant “Biochemistry”. The application of the newly synthesized surface activators in the cocoon changed the surface tension that occurs in the cocoon shell. Absorbed surface activators changed the surface structure of the cocoon shell, reduced surface tension, and improved the absorption of the solution by the shell to obtain quality raw silk.
