Technological transfer of socially significant innovations as a condition for sustainable development of the region’s economy

This paper reveals the essence and role of technological transfer of socially significant innovations to the economy of the region; regional priorities of scientific and technological development in the modern environment. Statements have been made important differences of process of transformations knowledge in product. Final part which is including satisfaction all stakeholders: society with performance effectiveness of problem solving and investors with economic efficiency.
