Integrating environmental education in training regimens

The article examines the effectiveness of incorporating environmental education and sustainability practices into the training regimens of 'belt wrestling' wrestlers. Experimental data reveals the development of stable equilibrium under rotational movements, primarily conducted during static and dynamic efforts. The analysis explores how the intersection of environmental education and physical training can enhance the performance and longevity of these athletes. Keywords.
