Analysis of multi-criteria decision-making methods for selecting a regulation system for a modular hydraulic turbine

In the work, an analysis and selection of the power regulation system for a modular straight flow hydro turbine with a capacity of 250 kW for a small hydropower plant. Initial data consisted of empirically specified quality indicators in the form of expert assessments. During the analysis, several multi-criteria analysis methods were employed, including the fuzzy logic method, implemented using the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox extension within the MATLAB environment, as well as a method based on the principle of morphological combinatorics, with results analyzed using a radar diagram.
