The Velocity Stack Intake is a trumpet-shaped device that enhances the combustion process by allowing air to enter the intake manifold at high velocity, reducing turbulence. This study investigated the impact of velocity stack intake on vehicle performance by changing the inlet radius to produce a more focused airflow. The optimization aimed to find the maximum diameter of the velocity stack intake to achieve maximum results. The results showed that the maximum torque, power, and specific fuel consumption occurred at a Diameter of 80mm.
