Organizational and legal regulation of labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic

This article discusses the problems of internal migration, territorial population movements, the need for legal regulation and management of migration flows. To reduce the outflow of population from rural areas to cities and the most industrially developed regions. The problems of unregulated labor migration and prospects for coordinating the activities of the state are also considered.
