The use of e-commerce tools enables universities to make the educational process more accessible and convenient, as well as enhance their efficiency and competitiveness. The main tools include a website, online courses, various types of video content, cloud services for collaborative work among university staff, CRM resources, ERP resources, and mobile platforms.
