The production of heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield accounts for 57.2% of the total, with the main hot oil production development methods being steam injection, SAGD, fire driving, and steam driving. The annual steam injection is 25.35 million cubic meters, and the steam injection energy consumption accounts for 82% of the total energy consumption. How to adopt digital operation and maintenance technology to realize the intelligent control of hot injection boilers, not only saving labor costs but also reducing energy consumption, is the only way for the oilfield to achieve high-quality development. Therefore, based on the Dream Cloud management platform, using modern Internet of Things technology, information programming technology, and automation control technology, integrating real-time collection systems, real-time control systems, and safety operation and maintenance systems, etc., the study of the boiler automation control system is carried out to achieve safe and efficient production, promote economic benefits, and provide reference for other similar oilfields.
