The paper presents the methodology of multi-criteria synthesis of magnetostrictive cast composites with high physical-mechanical and anti-corrosive properties. The synthesis of composites is realized by solving nonlinear mathematical programming tasks sequentially. The quality of the modeling was evaluated using the composite quality functional. The numerical methods for solving the optimization problem of the target function of kinetic processes are based on the construction of Pareto sets, penalty functions of Arrow-Hurwitz, and the method of equal estimate regions. The necessary and sufficient criteria for forming optimal recipe-technological parameters were established, allowing to obtain composites with specified structure and properties. The proposed methods were tested in the development of a practical technology for producing polymer composites with magnetostrictive properties.
