The problems of counteracting the risks of initiated loss of control in the fuel and energy supersystem are considered. The development of tools for monitoring and forecasting the state of technical elements of energy facilities as part of the fuel and energy supersystem, as well as systems for remote monitoring and control of the state of equipment is proposed.
