Digital technologies for managing the turnover of fuel and energy resources within the framework of an expanded international energy association

The paper proposes to form a coordinated energy supply system by creating and developing an expanded international energy association (Russia+). Digital approaches to organizing, on the principles of the Unified Energy System of Russia, synchronous parallel operation of territorially distributed facilities for generating electricity, extracting and supplying fuel and energy resources based on a digital information platform are considered.
