Laying power cables from 10kV to 220kV in cable protection tubes is currently one of the most widely used and economical construction methods for urban transmission lines. According to the existing technical solutions, the outside of the protection tube is generally backfilled with well-graded medium-coarse sand or encapsulated with reinforced concrete, which not only wastes suitable construction materials but also causes a large amount of soil disposal, which is not conducive to environmental protection and soil and water conservation. In this paper, based on analyzing the practice of applying premixed fluid solidified soil to replace the backfill sand or reinforced concrete encapsulated structural layer outside the discharge pipe for the trench enclosed by a gravity retaining wall in soft soil, the technical scheme of using premixed fluid solidified soil to mention the backfill sand or encapsulated concrete layer is proposed. After the completion of the construction, the premixed fluid solidified soil will form a gate-type hydro mud soil protection structure with a gravity retaining wall to base on guarantee the safety of the power channel; it reduces the disposal of soil, saves building materials, and provides a new program for the green construction of the urban cable line protection pipe channel.
