The paper analyzes CO2 emissions from soil when it is processed using compost, biochar, and loosening. It was established that different methods of soil processing have a significant impact on the level of CO2 emissions from the soil. It was revealed that the greatest increase in CO2 emissions (8.5 times) compared to the control was recorded in the soil with the addition of compost. It was found that the introduction of biochar increases the respiratory activity of the soil by 3.5 times. It was determined that the smallest contribution to CO2 emissions is observed when processing the soil using loosening.
