In the article, the methods of using bio preparations, agro technics and cotton for high yield by planting cotton plants in lands with salinity problems and low water supply and its rhythm (water regime) are discussed in the article, some morphometric parameters of the plant during this period are recorded. The author analyzed the best one by comparing the indicators of several bio preparations. Among the cotton varieties planted in the main areas in our country in 2020, the medium-fiber varieties are dominant, having been planted on an area of 1 million hectares. When analyzing the indicators of medium-fiber cotton varieties planted in cultivated areas, the “Sultan” variety recorded positive results with all indicators and was considered the most widely planted variety. When we study this variety on the example of Kashkadarya and Bukhara regions, we can see that it is 18.9% of the total 195600 hectares of cultivated areas of the main cotton.
