The paper considers solutions to environmental issues in the poultry sector of the agro-industrial complex for the disposal of production waste, with the exception of culling, sediment from flotation units and slaughter waste. The raw materials for disposal are poultry waste, which, according to the Federal Classification, belong to hazard class 3-4. Using the example of a region, the real amount of generated waste requiring disposal is analyzed. A bush method for collecting generated waste is proposed for organizing innovation development centers. A possibility is proposed to solve the problem of fertilizer imbalance in the region on areas intended for wheat by optimizing transport routes. The introduction of a logistics scheme to reduce the negative impact on the environment from vehicles transporting the product obtained at installations using the thermal disposal method implemented in the proposed innovation development centers is substantiated.
