In the conditions of global transformation, the task of developing algorithms that automate the development of structural stability schemes and build a comprehensive system for leveling dysfunctions of socio-technical systems of human capital reproduction in the mining and metallurgical industry is relevant. Differential equations of system dynamics provide high solving power for studying applied problems of analyzing the stability of socio-technical systems of human capital reproduction in the mining and metallurgical industry. The complexity of modern sociotechnical systems is the reason for the high dimensionality of their economic and mathematical models of sustainability, which requires the use of software. We have developed mathematical and software for the structural scheme of stability, as well as algorithms for identifying sequential and parallel factors of stability of the sociotechnical system of human capital reproduction in the mining and metallurgical industry. The software implementation provides visualization of structural schemes of stability, as well as automated formulation of conditions for the absence of dysfunctions of the socio- technical system of human capital reproduction on the basis of the system- dynamic approach.
