The role of artificial intelligence in the automation and intellectualization of modern information systems

The article presents an analytical overview of the prospects and challenges of applying artificial intelligence (AI) elements in modern automated control information systems across various industries. Practical examples illustrate how intelligent technologies are being implemented in the banking sector, urban management systems, energy, healthcare, and strategically important industrial facilities. Special attention is given to the capabilities of automation, forecasting, and personalization that ensure the sustainable development of digital ecosystems.
