To accurately assess the development of cultivated land ecological security in the primary grain- producing areas of Liaoning Province in recent years, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the obstacles and related policies affecting cultivated land ecological security in Tieling City. The degree of impact of each factor influencing cultivated land ecological security was evaluated using the obstacle degree diagnosis model. The comprehensive ranking of the obstacle factors is as follows: S2 (grain sown area), P1 (land productivity), and S1 (grain yield per unit area). The results of this analysis led to the formulation of corresponding suggestions and measures in three key areas: enhancing agricultural modernization, strengthening agricultural infrastructure, and increasing farmers' income.
