The Importance of Using Micronutrients in Melon Cultivation: A Mini-Review

Fruit crops, particularly melons, play a significant role in the population's diet, as they contain a substantial number of vitamins, minerals, and organic acids. The melon (Cucumis melo L.) is a fruit that possesses a multitude of beneficial properties, providing the human body with essential nutrients for optimal health. This article, in conjunction with the aforementioned beneficial properties of the melon, presents conclusions regarding the utilisation of microelements to achieve a more bountiful, uncontaminated, and superior quality harvest. The application of microelements has been demonstrated to enhance the nutritional value and disease resistance. Concurrently, the utilisation of microelements enhances the overall condition of the soil.
