Analysis of the amplitude of vertical oscillations of the main shaft on a sewing machine

The article provides a mathematical model of the vertical oscillations of the main shaft on the elastic supports of the sewing machine, taking into account inertial forces, as well as the rigidity characteristics of the rubber shaft supports. The regularities of the main shaft designs are experimentally determined for various modes of grinding materials. An effective design scheme of bearing supports with rubber shock absorbers of the main shaft of a sewing machine has been developed and recommended.
