Development and implementation of an innovative business model to enhance the efficiency of wheat cultivation processes in peasant farms

The article evaluates the efficiency of business processes of wheat growing, allowing to identify the potential for development of the farm. The article examines the variables that form the business model “as it should be”. Due to the high level of detail, the business process requires extensive problem solving, considering multiple factors at each stage. The business model is a “guide” to help understand how to proceed. The planned results of updating the business process of wheat growing in the farm will allow achieving a higher level of comparative efficiency of its economic activity as a whole.
