A theoretical review of the asset management of energy and power data elements

as an important part of the digital economy, energy power data elements assets management related field is extensive, covers the industry digital, digital industrialization, data value multiple dimensions of content, contains both national laws and policies, domestic and foreign markets, and contains specific data assets, data pricing, data trading technology and "cloud big wisdom" technical support. This paper mainly starts from the two dimensions of digital economy, data transaction and asset management of data elements, in order to provide reference and reference for relevant energy and power enterprises to carry out the practice of asset management of power data elements.
