Focusing on the construction of national carbon peak pilot parks, a “dual carbon integrated management service platform” with industrial carbon credits as the main body has been built. Building six scenarios: carbon monitoring, carbon accounting, carbon governance, carbon certification, carbon finance, carbon trading, a new model of carbon service integration digital management and control with accurate carbon data monitoring, regulatory decision-making visualization, and business behavior full recording has been built, enabling the government to build carbon regulatory service capacity, promoting enterprises to save energy and reduce carbon and explore carbon assets, providing diversified low-carbon scenarios for the public, helping to form a cooperative ecology across the carbon service industry chain, and enabling carbon market service capacity building. Accelerate the implementation of the dual-carbon integrated service management system with power as the core, and boost China’s “dual-carbon” digital transformation.
