The organization structure of energetic systems in Siberia, Russia, is investigated using real experimental data from the Far North region of Yakutia having permanent frost. Computer modeling technology is applied to control the amount of energetic loss of heating temperature using thermal, material, and geometric parameters. The example of experimental calculation results of a single energetic transport pipeline is given.
