Concerning the reconstruction of the greenhouse combine for the two-fase review to collection of soy on semen

Investigated low quality of commercial and seed soybean grain obtained during harvest and processing on grain processing lines. Justified low seed quality is a feature of the physical and mechanical properties of soybean grain: a high mass of 1000 grains (146-180g), grain sizes with a shape coefficient close to one (0.847...0.851). Analyzed quality of soybean bunker grain of the Sentyabrinka grade, cleaned by harvesters Acros-595 and T-500. Researched that the clogging of commercial grain is (2.3-4.8%), the content of crushing (3.3-6.1) and microdamage (1.0-2.1%), which indicates the need for their processing on grain cleaning lines, accompanied by additional costs and mechanical damage to the grain, increasing the loss of quality grain in waste. Definitely, that the change in the logistics path in the technology of obtaining reproduction seeds on the basis of the reconstruction of the combine of two-phase threshing T-500, will reduce the loss of soybean grain, by obtaining directly in the combine 60% of the seed fraction with low soaking (0.2%) with weed impurities, reducing fragmentation by 1.8 times and microdamage 2.2 times. Identified that the soy seeds of the first fraction are 13.7% higher in mass than 1000 seeds this shows that the first fraction gets the most matured easily ground soybean grain with high field germination and biological yield. Proposed changing the logistics path in the technology of obtaining seed and marketable soybean grain. This action provides a reduction in the crushing of soybean grain and material costs in seed technology. The use of the developed conversion equipment at the new T-500 harvester reduces the cost of obtaining seeds.
