Problems of energy-efficient construction in Russia

The article considers the world practice in the field of energy-saving construction technologies as well as the present-day situation in Russia. Also the authors consider problems associated with the growth of energy consumption and electricity generation, raise questions concerning the environmental problems of energy production. The recommendations on the reduction of energy consumption are given.
