Several instrument tubes vibrated during the C stage commissioning period of a PWR nuclear power plant. This essay firstly analyzed the selection of instrument tubes and the velocity of the tubes vibration. Moreover, the author proposed solution towards the tubes vibration which was proved to be effective after applying on the nuclear power plant instrument tubes. The method proposed should be applicable when similar situation reoccurred in other plants.
