The article presents the results of optimization of the cement composition according to the criteria of compressive strength and bending by methods of mathematical planning of the experiment. As a result of the studies, cement compositions of increased strength were obtained using activated closure water, as well as using tandem activated water (AB) + plasticizer and AB + adhesive additive. At optimal content of components, strength gain of up to 18% is achieved.
