The article considered the problem of the influence of insolation on the depth of soil freezing. In sunny and shadow zones, the building has different freezing and thawing conditions. Natural and laboratory excrement were carried out to determine the difference in soil temperatures. Based on the data obtained experimentally, a numerical calculation of the building-base model was made.
