"Smart city" as a resource vector for territorial sustainable development

Sustainable development of the subjects of the Russian Federation, increase of investment attractiveness of the regions is conditioned by necessity of formation of modern infrastructure, innovative transformations in economy and also realization of effective investment projects and their information-communication promotion. The article highlights the issues of sustainable development of territories of the Russian Federation and provides examples of successful communication practices in the field of creating a comfortable urban environment. Therefore, the article considers the basic concepts of the Smart City project. Separate attention is paid to the integrated territory development standard, the emphasis is placed on innovative strategies and technologies in the management of sustainable development of "smart cities" territories on the example of Voronezh urban district.
