Problems of technological regulation of objects of negative impact on the environment in urban development

The article discusses the problems of the development of technological regulation of objects that have a negative impact on the environment in urban planning in the Russian Federation. On the one hand, the measures taken in this area are aimed at improving the regulation system in the field of environmental protection in general and reducing the technogenic load on the Russian regions, and on the other, at increasing the efficiency and competitive ability of Russian enterprises.
