Study of the possibility of using a sorption mesh to clean the air from formaldehyde

The paper considered the possibility of purifying air from formaldehyde by using a carbon sorbent (powder activated carbon) applied in the form of a spray on polymeric mesh. It was shown that the adsorption capacity of the system was 0.69±0.01 cm3/g, and the degree of regeneration of the sorption material reached 37 %, which indicates about of promising this method.
