The paper substantiates and proposes a method for selecting mechanization tools for crushing and conveyor complexes as part of cyclic-flow technology in open-pit mining. The proposed methodology justifies the types of means of mechanization of the crushing and conveyor complex used at the Yoshlik-1 quarry of JSC “Almalyk mining and metallurgical combine”. The task of developing a methodology for selecting optimal technological parameters of crushing and conveyor complexes equipment for the conditions of the Yoshlik-1 quarry is formulated. Optimal parameters of equipment were selected using complex research methods, including analysis and generalization of research in the field of quarry design, technology and complex mechanization, generalization of production and design practice.
