Results of theoretical research of curved pile drums for cleaning cotton from small impurities

The article presents the theoretical basis for determining the radius of the curved surface based on the condition of balancing a piece of cotton from the surface of curved piles in cleaning cotton with curved drums from small impurities. Based on the numerical solution, graphs of the dependence of pile curvature radius on drum parameters were obtained, and optimal values of parameters were recommended based on the analysisю Keywords: cleaner, fine dirt, curved pile, angular velocity, friction, mass, displacement, reaction, air resistance, parameter, cleaning effect.
