The lack of a reliable application to automate the assessment process has led to surveyors performing manual calculations, which increases the risk of human errors during data processing. Therefore, this research aims to develop a composite index calculation application designed using Macro VBA in Excel, focusing on user-friendliness and customized functionalities based on user needs. The proposed application assesses sustainable cultural tourism across four dimensions: environmental, economic, government, and socio-cultural. The development process follows the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of three stages: requirements planning, workshop design, and implementation. The application's validity is assessed by comparing its output with manual calculations. The application was tested through functionality, maintainability, and usability testing. Application usability was evaluated using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) method. The research outcome is a reliable composite index calculation application, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of sustainable tourism assessments.
