Digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in Kazakhstan in the context of the transition to a “green economy”
Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University, Zhangir khan street, 51, Uralsk, 090009, Kazakhstan
The connection between the introduction of digitalization at enterprises and the development of production of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of Kazakhstan in the transition to a “green economy” is considered based on the analysis of the current state of the agro-industrial complex in the country and the forecast of its development. To assess the relationship between the indicators of "green" growth and the introduction of new digital technologies, an analysis of data on the development of innovations in technologies related to the environment was carried out directly with the indicators of "green" growth themselves. The results of the study showed that, despite the consistently low indicators of the development of eco-technologies and the use of renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan, a high growth of agricultural GDP is projected for the studied period. According to the results of the analysis of targeted government programs, as well as the analysis of the problems of the agro-industrial complex and the possible effect of the introduction of digitalization, the active development of digitalization in all sectors of the agro-industrial complex can lead to "green" growth.
