This article discusses the problem of planning maintenance of power equipment during long-term planning of the operation of electric power systems. Here we propose a mathematical model for the formation of maintenance schedules for power equipment, which takes into account two aspects: the current technical condition of power equipment and maximizing the planned reliability of electric power systems when carrying out maintenance of power equipment. Provided methodology for generating maintenance schedules for power equipment was tested on using the scheme of three reliability zones.
