This article discusses the formation of the investment process in energy enterprises. Its functions and criteria. As well as approaches to the conduct of investment policy of energy enterprises and the role of regional authorities in monitoring the development of the electric power industry in the region to ensure energy security. And the importance of the business reputation of energy enterprises.
