Modern technologies of calibration with measuring devices of electrical quantities

Despite the ever-increasing demand for metrological services which was the increase the number of measuring instruments in use, the system of transmission of the unit of physical quantity has not undergone significant changes. As a result, today we have an inefficient system that does not meet the needs of the market. Improving the system of physical quantity transmission is an urgent task. Metrology institutes of many foreign countries offer the concept of remote calibration, the use of which it was previously impossible due to the low level of development of programmable measuring devices. The article provides general information about the use of the proposed technology in metrology institutes of foreign countries.
