The article analyzes the petroleum acids contained in the oil extracted from various oil fields in Uzbekistan and proposes a road surface containing organic binders and mineral fillers. It contains metal salts of naphthenic acids as a binder in the amount of 7 - 15% by weight to obtain colored coatings and improve their physical and mechanical properties. The technology of obtaining colored coatings from the alkaline waste of Fergana Oil Refinery Factory has been developed.
