This article reveals the construction of a mathematical model based on it technologies through the use of ergonomic indicators of the development of creative literacy culture, information communication competencies related to critical thinking. It shows that in the process of determining the effectiveness of students to obtain independent knowledge on the basis of IT technologies, the participation of participants in the process of obtaining holistic systematic knowledge, the development of independent-creative thinking skills, one of the highly effective methods of teaching, which develops the prognostic properties of qualimetric parameters that create a user interface in the course. In the formation of the infrastructure of cognitive competencies of students, indicators for assessing the level of creativity serving motivational, cognitive, purposeful thinking regarding the practical application of IT technologies to the educational process are justified by the need to use the principles of mobility, communication, informativeness, self-development-based comparison and Strategic Forecasting.
