An analysis of milk production technologies on a dairy farm in the Krasnodar region is presented. Factors influencing the amount of milk produced are considered, such as cutting seams on the floors, installing the «Texas Gate», modernizing the ventilation system and water supply, and using the «Pennsylvania Sieve» when feeding cows. The priority directions of observations during the modernization of technical means to obtain competitive products are identified. The possibilities and feasibility of using methods of technological support for dairy cattle breeding based on innovative technologies are analyzed. It is shown that the tasks of managing dairy farms are multifaceted: from controlling individual machines to making decisions in conditions of limited information.
