The paper assesses greenhouse gas emissions in pig breeding in Russia as a whole and in the Novosibirsk Region, including the Kudryashovsky pig farm of Sibagro Holding. A comparative assessment of greenhouse gas emissions among all of Sibagro's pig farms was carried out. The best available technologies that can be applied in pig farms were studied in detail and the resulting assessments of the possibility of applying the best available technologies used in pig breeding were made.
