This paper presents the results of research on the application of chemical cleaning for oil/oil heat exchangers. The aim of the research is to develop a safe and effective chemical cleaning method for these exchangers, using the model HJ2300-H/1.6-Q (H-2001A) as the object of the research. The results showed that after 48 hours of chemical cleaning, all oil fouling and scale were completely removed. Additionally, the pressure drop across the oil/oil heat exchanger decreased to 1.85 kgf/cm² after 12 hours, 1.38 kgf/cm² after 24 hours, 0.75 kgf/cm² after 36 hours, and finally reached the nameplate value of 0.3 kgf/cm² after 48 hours.
