In order to further study the development level of county-level commercial circulation industry, this article takes Dezhou City as the research object. It selects core indicators from three aspects: scale, business format, and socio-economic development, constructs an evaluation system for county-level commercial circulation, uses principal component analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate commercial competitiveness, and sorts and categorizes them. The results show: there are significant differences in the differentiation of commercial and trade circulation capabilities within Yucheng City. There is significant room for improvement in the overall level of collaboration. In the future, we should continue to optimize the level of county level commercial and trade competitiveness by enhancing internal collaboration and accelerating rural infrastructure construction.
