Logistics processes in optimizing the financial results of transport companies

The article presents a method of evaluating the effectiveness of interaction between business entities, built on the analysis of the procurement and distribution logistics system stage, which allows to reasonably approach the choice of contractors to ensure optimal profit enterprise through the optimization of logistics processes and logistics costs. A model for improving the management of logistics processes at the enterprise in the interaction with counterparties is proposed. Practical value is manifested in the use of developed tools for managing logistics processes to optimize the financial results of transport companies.
