It has been proven that in anthropogenic-residential landscapes of the mid-mountain altitude zone, the share is 25.9±1.80%, with a quantitative indicator of 1.04±0.09units per trap per day, and in nut-fruit forest landscapes with an expansion of the range - 15.3±1.54% and 0.13±0.03 units per trap per day.The brown rat (Rattus norvegicus) was first captured in 2000 and identified as a new mammal species in southern Kyrgyzstan.
